DJ Marshy Redz
Marshall Redwood, aka DJ MarshyRedz, has devoted himself to transforming lives through Christian Music and Entertainment. In 1987 he founded Gospel Manna Disco and is presently called HyPrayz Sound System. DJ MarshyRedz is also the host of “The Holy Flow” on MegaJamz 98 FM in Jamaica.
DJ MarshyRedz is a sought after DJ and has been featured on the Love F.M. (Love Anniversary 1993, 2001, 2002 and Nigel’s Vigil), R.J.R. (Saturday Night Party with Jerry D), TVJ (“Smile Jamaica” as DJ on the Morning Show), “Youth Alive” as M.C. in Bahamas, “The Secret Garden” (Bajan Christian Club)Da Earthquake and GospelFest 2005 in Barbados as DJ and MC,God Core and Praise House night clubs in Miami as DJ. Decisions 2005 and 2006 in Turk and Caicus as DJ. As M.C. at the International Prophetic Conference (Word of Life, Jamaica), U.C.C.F annual fund raising drive celebrations, and at many Jamaican Gospel Events (such as “Fun in the Son”, “Recharge” “Back to Basic” and “Alleluia”) featuring Local and International Artistes such as Kirk Franklin, Mary Mary, Papa San, Stitchie, Mr. Goddy Goddy, Carlene Davis and Chevelle Franklyn.
DJ MarshyRedz has also had the privilege of working on Special Events for Churches of all denominations across the island of Jamaica.
DJ MarshyRedz is presently the host at the “Prayz House”, the first Christian entertainment club on the Island since 1997. His desire is to set up similar clubs across the Caribbean and in North America.
DJ MarshyRedz has a diploma in Electrical Installation (EXED Community College) as well as certificate in the “Trap Set” (Jamaica School of Music). He loves to play Soccer and is proudly a Brazilian Fanatic.
Marshall has the full support of his lovely wife Sharon and His sons Israel and Immanuel in light of his vision to transform lives with the message of Jesus Christ through music.
